Delivery Information


We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$ 50 before using promotion code. For orders under HK$ 50 before using promotion code, a delivery charge of HK$ 10 per delivery shall apply.

 All deliveries and goods must be received and shall be signed by the Buyer. Upon delivery, the buyer shall present a valid ID (for verification & receiving record purposes only).

 In the absence of the Buyer, an authorized representative may receive the order provided the following be presented:

  • Order number transaction from BiliBeli
  • Valid ID of the receiver (for verification & receiving record purposes only).
  • Receipt goods signature

In cases wherein no one is present at the delivery address to accept the order, the staff will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact BiliBeli customer service thru phone at 5598 8383 or email

We deliver every day from 9:00AM to 6:00PM 7 days a week. All orders received before 12 noon (MONDAY - THURSDAY) can be delivered next day subject to available delivery slots. Customer can select delivery date upon checkout and provide any delivery remarks.

For delivery address without elevators, we offer service on ground floor only.

If you need any special delivery needs, please fill in the "Special Instructions" field during your checkout process. BiliBeli customer service will call and discuss details and arrangements.

Buyer is responsible to inform BiliBeli immediately incase of change to your delivery address or preferred delivery time slot after placing order.

Please be informed that after second confirmed failed delivery attempt will be charged $20 per delivery.



We always exert our best effort to fulfill your order, however if we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, fortuitous events and acts of God, we will not be liable if we fail to deliver in part or in full due to the aforementioned circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of typhoons / rainstorm, deliveries will be rescheduled to the next available date. Typically, this will be the next working day.



BiliBeli will take good care and ensure that you receive all purchased items in perfect condition and in timely manner with no faulty orders. In the event something is not right, please contact our customer service immediately.

All orders will be delivered by our own friendly kababayan staff.

All our groceries are delivered in recyclable BiliBeli bags.

We may revise the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the company's determination shall be final.
